• By the way she's standing;she doesn't want anybody to see what may be revealed sooner or later

Smash-my favourite media

I chose smash as my favourite peice of media because me and my mum just love it! I really enjoy the music; the characters; the songs and many more. Smash is about a group of middle aged adults who want to work in broadway and being playrighters etc. I think the main reason i enjoy smash is because when im older one day i want to be as successful as they are in the acting world. And sometimes i imagine if i actually was an actor,singer and dancer in broadway because its one of my biggest dreams. Shows like smash really inspire me,and when im older i hope i achieve this goal and get the job ive wanted for so long now! I can also connect with the main character (the one at the top0 because shes a little shy but very confident,if you get what i mean. For example certain things she is quite timide whereas in singing and acting she is confident... Its also interesting for anyone who has watched it since the beginning because you get to see there journey and see how far they have become.

Hey, im Megan and this is my very first post on blogger!




I have been set a task;to explain why i have chosen to do media studies as a GCSE...
I chose media because i know that for the next year in Brentford school for girls i will enjoy it. It sounds like something i really like to do. From what i've heard about it,its fun. Being fun isn't the only reason i want to do it. I like the sound of most activities we have been told about. It may also help me when im older as i want to be an actor,singer or dancer (maybe even all,if im lucky), and media offers education about certain things i might probably need! For example photographing, filming, recording etc... I would also like to learn about editing some things and blogs so when im older i am familiar with them and able to use both without struggle! So far,at the moment i am finding it quite simple and i enjoy it and hopefully i will do throughout the course.
